Responsibilities:

  • Working on department and LC strategy creation & implementation
  • Participation in all EB touchpoints (weekly EBMs, monthly reviews, etc.)
  • Working with functional MC VP (comission calls, consulting calls, HUBs, etc.)
  • Department management
  • Building synergies between the departments
  • Participation in EB2EB and VP2VP transitions
  • Education for LC members
  • Finance goal achievement
  • Tracking the implementation of the compendium
  • Facilitation at Local Conferences
  • Participation in recruitment process
  • Attendance of ALL National Conferences
  • Filling in National surveys, tools and reports
  • Preparing and delivering transition sessions for successor

Questionary
  • All the questions in the application must be answered, including general questions and functional questions for the first prioritie in presentation format.
Strategy
The candidate needs to present their strategy for for the quarter from May to June n the format of tool in Google Sheets (strategy template is here).

All letters should be in English and contain name and signature of the person.
Test results
  • Upload the results of 16 personalities test (link);
  • Write, with which statements in test you agree and disagree (if you want, you can explain why).
CV
  • The candidate needs to provide relevant CV presenting their skills and experience inside and outside of AIESEC.

General questions
About you and AIESEC
  1. Introduce yourself (name, surname, date of birth, your contacts, english level). What describes you as a person in the best way?
  2. What are your life values? What AIESEC values you lived more with during your experience?
  3. Which qualities that you have will help you during EB term? Which qualities will make your experience challenging?
  4. List all positions in EB in the list of priority (oGT, oGV, BD, MKT, TM, Finance).
  5. What is AIESEC for you? What is leadership for you? Describe a leader in your opinion.
  6. What is the USP of our products? How does each of our products develop leadership among young people? Explain your answer using each product as an example.
EB team
  1. What is the role of EB team in LC?
  2. What drives you to continue your AIESEC experience? Why do you think you are the best candidate to become EB member?
  3. Describe the characteristics of the best EB-team in your opinion. What will you do as an EB-member to shape a team as the best one?
  4. What are your expectations toward your LCP and EB?
  5. What does the vision of ENGEC-GUAP 25.26 "Feel free to run the World" mean to you? What does the vision "Lead with fire.Make it real." mean to you?

Functional questions
Select one functional prioritie and answer all questions for the priority.

oGV

  1. What will you take from the current VP oGV department management systems, and what will you change?
  2. Name at least 5 tactics that VP oGV should make to increase the number of approvals by 5 times.
  3. Which management systems will you use to manage 3 realizations at a time, and which for 30+?
  4. How will you work on customer servicing? Which conversion Finished-Completed you want to work on?
  5. Take expertise from at least 2 VP oGV on a work with department. Create SSC based on this information.
  6. Case: You haven't reached your approval goal in the middle of the month. What will you do as VP oGV? What will your TL and your members do?

oGT

  1. Look at the results of 24.25 and 25'1 terms: the funnel, conversion rates, countries of approvals. What trends do you see? Which fields, durations and countries were the most popular among our EPs and why, in your opinion?
  2. Name our main partner countries and their focus fields. Do you think that our supply and demand fit each other or not? How do you see your approach to target audience and IR?
  3. Name at least 5 tactics that VP oGT should make to increase the number of approvals by 5 times.
  4. What management systems will you use to manage 30+ realizations at once?
  5. How will you work on customer servicing? Which conversion Finished-Completed you want to work on?
  6. Case: You haven't reached your approval goal in the middle of the month. What will you do as VP oGT? What will your TL and your members do?

Marketing

  1. What are the main bottlenecks MKT faces now? Write your solution to each of them.
  2. What would you keep from the current marketing strategy, and what would you change radically?
  3. How do you plan to combine working for all our products at the same time? How can you make arrival of SUs for all products stable?
  4. How do you plan to work for UR? What challenges stop us from working with Universities right now and how to overcome them?
  5. Which synergies does marketing have? Create an approximate agenda for synergy with one product (for example, MoGT).
  6. Case: You haven't reached your SUs goal in the middle of the month. What will you do as VP MKT? What will your TL and your members do?

TM

  1. What is the role of VP TM in EB team? What is the functional division between TM and LCP?
  2. What are the main bottlenecks in TM department now? Indicate at least 5 and offer solution for each of them.
  3. Case: At the end of March, %MATG is 0%. What will you do as VP TM to reach 100 %MATG in April? Indicate at least 3 tactics.
  4. Analyze each stage of the last recruitments (winter) funnel in terms of achieving goals. Write at least 3 specific initiatives that will ensure the improvement of recruitment processes and LC involvement.
  5. What is an importance of MX standards? Which of them are in problem zone in our LC now? How can you as VP increase implementation of MX standards?
  6. How can we work for leadership capacity? What are the main reasons why people are not applying for higher positions?

Finance

  1. Analyze the budget of LC (that term). What are our main costs? Which products mostly give us money? Write next steps for your term.
  2. Case: This month you have zero revenue, and next month your costs are 50% higher than your current balance. How will you manage this?
  3. What audit management systems will you use to ensure 100% pass rate? Name at least 5 tactics.
  4. What is Finance Standards? Analyze their implementation in that term and make conclusion.
  5. Name your synergies during your work. What are the MOSes?
  6. Case: EP already paid 36,900 but their visa was rejected and they don’t want to go. You don’t have this money available for refund. What is the role of the VP Finance here? What will you do as VP Finance?
Recommendations
  • Ask questions!
    If you don't understand something, feel free to approach LCP, current EB, TLs, members, alamni E&G and people from other LCs and entities. Remember that stupid question is only the question which wasn't asked.
  • Do all in time
    Don't put off filling in the long box and manage your time wisely. Filling the application is the moment of understanding yourself and analyzing the processes.
  • Be opened
    This is the new experience for you, so enjoy it and use it an opporunity to talk to as many people as you can and to learn as many new things as you manage.
