TL 25.1 Application
Second wave
Hello, dear next TL of ENGEC-GUAP!

I understand that maybe it's difficult for you to take this decision now or you doubt your skills - it's okay! The main thing you need to know is that we all are here to learn, help and get experience. We are the community that will go and grow with you. We are the people who wemt through this experience themselves and know that making mistakes is totally fine☺️

But believe me that if you take a risk now, not letting your fears take over you, it will be an unforgettable experience with many new opportunities and wonderful people. You will see how you grow and change every day!

I tell all this as a person who had an intense experience in iRV department. I was a team-leader for the project «Level Up». With great love and warmth I remember all the team meetings, the various LC touchpoint and the realization of the project itself. I know that these memories will stay with me for the rest of my life. I also know that this experience made me a different person: strong, structured, confident in myself and my abilities! I have raised leaders and changed many lives, and that is why, in the TL position, I realized that my actions can impact this world!

Our Local Committee believes in you and your powers and waits for you on the position of TL 25.1!

With love,
Tasha❤️

Heyyy! I am so glad that you opened this application!

The experience of Team Leader is one of the most enjoyable experiences in AIESEC. On the one hand, it gives you a lot of new knowledge about yourself, pushes you out of your comfort zone and develops your soft and hard skills. On the other hand, it gives you so-so much fun!

I was a team-leader myself, in 23'2 peak in iRV department for the project "Modern Social". I am so in love with the memories from this time! Despite all the difficulties and a lot of hard work, I was always surrounded and supported by my wonderful team. We were together in happy, sad and cringy moments, and this is the feeling I wish everyone to experience.

Probably, now you don't consider yourself a leader. I can assure you that's not true. Leadership is already in you! Don't be afraid to make the first step and see what is waiting for you next.

AIESECly,
Anya 🧡
