Team management:
  • Working with a team (PTM coaching, training, assignment of tasks and tracking)
  • Implementation of MX standards

Community:
  • To participate in meetings of the P-team, LCM with your team, meetings of the governing body
  • Participation in local, regional and national conferences
  • Communicate in functional chats and conversations in Telegram

Strategic Movement:
  • Creating a functional project plan and setting goals with your functional LCVP
  • Regular filling of the tracking tools system
  • Tools for collecting analytics and filling out reports (Google Sheets, Podio)

  1. Do you know which partner countries oGT is currently working with and which countries would you like to add to the list of partners?

  3. Which process time from SU (sign up) to APD (approved) is considered the most optimal, in your opinion?
  4. The EP (exchange participant, intern) asks you questions about the visa processing process, where will you get answers to these questions?
