RESPONSIBILITIES: TL

Team management:
  • Work with a team (PTM coaching, training, assignment of tasks and tracking)
  • Implementation of MX standards

Community:
  • Participation in meetings of the P-team, LCM with your team, meetings of the governing body
  • Participation in local, regional and national conferences
  • Communication in functional chats and conversations in Telegram

Strategic Movement:
  • Creation of a functional project plan and setting goals with your functional LCVP
  • Regular filling of the tracking tools system
  • Tools for collecting analytics and filling out reports (Google Sheets, Podio)

Duration: August 2025 - January 2026.

Work on promo
  • Work with partners for collaborations and reaches
  • Make different forms of engaging content - videos, podcasts, articles, etc.
  • Take part in creation of a forum concept with CCP and VP

  • Note of intent
    Should be in the format of video (max. 3 minutes) in Russian or English where you will tell about yourself and your motivation to apply for TL/BD manager position.
    Video must be sent in any format to the mail of VP TM&MKT arina.ivanova.work@aiesec.net and LCP adsulimova@aiesec.net before deadline and later will be published in DRAGON NEWS channel.

    The interview will take approximately 1 hour

    You will need to prepare strategical speech (max. 7 minutes) with presentation.

Questionary
You must answer all obligatory questions from the block "General" and functional questions for the departments which are your first two priorities in English.
Questionary should be uploded in the format of PDF.
Endorsement letters
Upload two letters of recommendation: from your leader and from your coworker in PDF.

SSC based on feedback
  • You should ask minimum 2 people for feedback on your work (leader and co-worker recommended)
  • Then you need to analyze the feedback and create a table of what you should START, STOP and CONTINUE doing on a position of TL
  • Start-Stop-Continue should be created on a separate blank

Don't forget to send your Note of Intent before 30.05.2025 23:59. You will need to send it in video format to arina.ivanova.work@aiesec.net and adsulimova@aiesec.net. Without this step application won't be accepted.


QUESTIONARY

GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. Introduce yourself in 3 sentences.
2. What motivates you to apply for TL? Why now?
3. Describe the most difficult situation you faced in your member experience. What actions did you take? What did you learn?
4. Name one thing you’re truly proud of from your AIESEC experience. Why does it matter to you?
5. What does AIESEC mean to you? What does LC E&G mean to you personally? What’s something you think is missing in our LC — and would like to change?
6. Your members will have different personalities, goals, and motivations. What kind of system will you build in your team to ensure 100%GU? What will you do to maintain member engagement and motivation throughout the peak?
7. Reach out to the VP or Coordinator responsible for your top functional priority. After the conversation, write down the key insights you gained.

FUNCTIONAL PART

Choose 2 functionals that are your 1st and 2nd priority and answer questions for them.

If you apply for a position of BD manager, you can answer only one set of questions.

oGT
1. What is the value of GT product for youth? Who is the target audience? How can we reach them?
2. What standards are included in JD of home LC’s manager? And what about host LC?
3. The EP sends a CV (curriculum vitae, resume) and you realize that, based on this resume, there are no suitable OPPs for the EP. Your actions.

MKT SMM
1. Give feedback on the AIESEC in Saint Petersburg Telegram channel (https://t.me/aiesecinspb): identify 3 strengths and 3 areas for improvement.
2. Name 3 tactics that can help ensure a stable flow of SUs from social media.
3. Create a VK post for the AIESEC group about the GTa product on the topic: “Top 3 reasons to go on an internship with AIESEC.” The post must include both visual content and text, follow the brand audit guidelines, and be written in Russian.

MKT PR
1. Propose a structure for the PR team. Describe the main responsibilities (JD) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each role.
2. Imagine there are two months left until the end of the peak, but the %GA SU is only 40%. What actions would you take as TL PR to help reach 100% GA SU?
3. Create a timeline for the PR team's work from September 1 to January 31, including key activities and deadlines.

oRV
1. Analyze the oRV funnel and suggest 3 ideas to improve each stage’s conversion rate.
2. Suggest 3 tactics you would implement as TL oRV to help your members improve the %CR SU-APL.
3. Outline the Customer Journey Map (CJM) from SU RV to Completed.


iRV
1. What is iRV? Create the selling proposals of iRV for each of our stakeholders.
2. What are the main bottlenecks faced by the current TL iRV during their term, and how did they solve them? What lessons can you learn from your term?
3. Come up with idea of the project in winter peak. Conduct a Market Research for this project and prove the relevance of it.

BD manager
1. Give objective feedback to the PR & SMM preparation of the past SkillUp forum (SSC is welcome).
2. Imagine a situation where there are 4 weeks left before the realization and the registrations GA is 20%. What actions will you take?
3. What is the value of the BD forum for ENGEC-GUAP?
4. Which channels of attraction work best right now and which ones don’t work? Why?
5. Offline or online promotion? Why?
