Hello, friend, congratulations on the first step - showing interest in the position of vice president. Perhaps you are already 100% sure of your desire, or maybe you still have doubts.

When I decided to join the EB a year ago, I could not imagine how multifaceted, developing, cool experience I would get as a result.

The EB experience is about a friendly team, great responsibility, achieving results, finding new solutions, creativity and, of course, role modeling.

If you ever had the thought "I want to," or "I'm interested," or "This is what I deserve," then it's not just like that.

I really believe in each of you! Watching your stories, I was proud of you and now I want to say that you are real leaders, you will succeed. This is the experience that I wish each of you.

You will have 7 mins for the speech and 5 minutes for the questions from the audience
Full-members give the vote of confidence.
LCP makes the final decision if she elects the person or not.
LCP makes a final decision which position the elected person will have.

  • Working on local strategy creation & implementation
  • Participation in all EB meetings and team-days
  • Participation in EB-EB and VP-VP transitions
  • Preparing and delivering transition sessions for successor
  • Attending ALL National Conferences
  • Facilitating at Local Conferences
  • Participation in recruitment process
  • Filling in National surveys, tools and reports
  • Education for LC members
  • Finance goal achievement
  • Tracking the implementation of the compendium
  • Department management
  • Building synergies between the department

  5. What USP (unique selling proposition) does AIESEC have? How do we differ from our competitors? Is our difference between the target audience clear? If so, what helps ca to understand our difference? If not, what can we do to make our target audience see our uniqueness?
  6. What is the value of each Russian Volunteer and Membership as products?
  7. How are you going to work for UR? Why it doesn't work now?
  8. What initiatives we can do with universities? What do we need to make that relationships long-lasting?
  9. What are the 3 main things you're going to focus during your term?

  1. Analyze the budget of LC (that term), in the way what are our main costs, which products mostly gives us money and write next steps for your term. (Budget tool LC 23.24)
  2. What makes LC financial sustainable?
  3. What is audit? What audits have we already passed?
  4. What is Finance Standards? Analyze their implementation in that term and make conclusion. (About Fin Standards you can find there, password is tukkaji | Fin Standards tool link - please don't edit)
  5. Name your synergies during your work. How will you work on it? What are the MoSes? How can VP Finance improve the Goal Achievement of income-bringing functionals?
  6. Present finance statistics of previous month in charts/diagrams and write next steps for the next month
  7. Which investments do you think are relevant for our LC?
  8. What are the 3 main things you're going to focus during your term?

    Feel free to approach current EB, TLs, members and LC overall, to know more about their experience thoughts.

    Don't put off filling in the long box. Filling the application is the moment of understanding yourself and analyzing the processes.
