RV product is where I spent my first AIESEC year. Being iRV member and iRV team-leader was an enthralling journey that definetely made me stronger, and I love every memory from those times.

I am really excited to open this application. For me, it's so important that ENGEC-GUAP keeps running RV and gives the youth an opportunity to grow, inspire each other and visit our beautiful city Saint-Petersburg.

I believe that RV deserves a powerful leader who will give a new perspective on the product and help it grow in a unique way, and I am thrilled to think how far we can go.

I wish the candidates good luck in the process and enjoy this experience fully!

  • Working on iRV project creation and realization
  • Working on paiding goal achievement
  • Participation monthly reviews with EB
  • Engagement in national touchpoints: comission chat, comission calls, monthly reviews
  • Department management
  • Building synergies between the departments
  • Participation in EB-EB and VP-VP transitions
  • Education for LC members
  • Finance goal achievement
  • Tracking the implementation of the compendium
  • Participation in recruitment process
  • Attendance of ALL National Conferences
  • Filling in National surveys, tools and reports
  • Preparing and delivering transition sessions for successor

Functional questions
Please answer both parts of the questions.
iRV (incoming Russian Volunteer)
  1. Evaluate performance of our current projects (YOU and Dimond Hearts). What is good in them and what needs to be developed?
  2. Which risks does iRV realization have? How to prevent these risks? What to do if the risk happened? Name at least 3 risks, ways to prevent and solve them.
  3. Which warm partners for our projects do we have? How satisfied are partners with experience with us? Which tactics can you suggest for the better servicing and post-servicing of compamies?
  4. iRV department in ENGEC-GUAP is known for creating strong leaders who continue their experience for a long time. What do you think is the reason for this tendency? How will you as Coordinator work on the number and quality of ADV?
oRV (outgoing Russian Volunteer)
  1. Why do young people need RV program? Why should they choose our social projects over the projects by our competitors?
  2. What is the role of MoRV synergy? How often is it needed? Create the agenda of such sinergy, main MoSes and expected outcome for VP MKT and for VP oRV.
  3. Look at the current analytics of customer flow. Which conversions and process times do we have? What can be developed at each stage?
Recommendations
  • Ask questions!
    If you don't understand something, feel free to approach me and LCP, EB, TLs, members, alamni E&G and people from other LCs and entities. Remember that stupid question is only the question which wasn't asked.
  • Do all in time
    Don't put off filling in the long box and manage your time wisely. Filling the application is the moment of understanding yourself and analyzing the processes.
  • Be opened
    This is the new experience for you, so enjoy it and use it an opporunity to talk to as many people as you can and to learn as many new things as you manage.
