RESPONSIBILITIES
Team management:
- Working with the team (coaching of PTMs, giving education, distribution of tasks and tracking)
- Implementation of the MX standards
Community:
- To attend P-team meetings, LCMs with your team, Leadership Body meetings
- To attend Local, Regional and National Conferences
- To communicate in functional chats and conversations in the Telegram
Strategic movement:
- Creation of the functional project plan and setting the goals with your functional LCVP
- Regular filling of tracking tool system
- Collection of analytics and filling in the report tools (Google Sheets, Podio)
- Raising
Term duration: November 2023 - May 2024
Working hours 15+ hours per week
